I have experience working primarily with anxiety and depression related concerns, including relationship issues, grief, communication and assertiveness skills, and navigating life-transitions. I work best with clients who are looking to connect their emotions and actions to the beliefs and narratives they hold about themselves and the world around them. We'll then work together to use acceptance and compassionate understanding for where you're coming from to challenge and motivate you to find more helpful approaches and techniques in the future.
