What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you inquire about sessions, we start with a brief screening call and I send you an intake questionnaire. Then I verify your insurance and inform you of your copay. From there, we set up a time and day for your first session. The first session is more of an intake style, giving us a chance to get to know each other and clarify your goals. After that, sessions become more collaborative and focused on reflection, identifying patterns, and building practical strategies you can use in daily life.
