I am experienced in using a multicultural framework to explore various aspects of cultural identity and integrating those identities into treatment. I take a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach with all of my clients. I view my role as not just providing a space to talk about your problems, but empowering you to develop the skills and insight needed to make the changes you want. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor's degree, both from Pennsylvania State University, which have equipped me with the knowledge and training to support my clients effectively.
