I spent 16 years working in Behavioral Health for the Army in multiple capacities that included as Clinical Director of the Army Substance Abuse Program and Suicide Prevention Program Manager. I have a strong focus on PTSD, Trauma, Death & Dying, and Grief. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Supportive Processing, and EMDR.
