I am in network with most Blue Cross Blue Shield (Anthem) plans as well as Magnacare. For other insurances I offer an out of network reduced rate plan to keep costs affordable. With this system your out of pocket costs will be limited to $50-$100 at most per session when working toward your deductible. I will submit all claims on your behalf, keeping the process nice and easy for you! See our prices below!
