I am a mental health clinician and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, holding a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fairfield University. I work with individuals and groups to achieve optimal mental health and progress toward their desired goals. Using a systemic therapy approach, I assist my clients in reevaluating past and present difficulties so they may move successfully through transitional periods of life into a happy, balanced future. I encourage a holistic approach toward wellness. I have found that this allows for a quicker, more effective, and long-lasting recovery. I am passionate about social justice and am prepared to give my full attention and dedication to whomever I have the privilege of working with. It is my goal to assist and support you on your journey to wellness while providing you with the tools and knowledge necessary for change.
