UpLift Behavioral Health providers do not issue prescriptions for substances controlled by any federal or state agency or other drugs that may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. Throughout my counseling experience, I've had the pleasure of working with individuals experiencing grief, career changes, relationship concerns, and stress-related issues. I've worked with individuals diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder, Major Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, and Schizophrenia. I am very resourceful and take pride in helping individuals access the resources they need. My therapeutic approach focuses on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I thoroughly believe that if you can change the way you think and approach a situation, then you can change the behavior and outcome. I love when my clients achieve their goals, and I look forward to working with you. I hold a Master’s in Counselor Education and a Bachelor’s degree from Virginia State University.
