My approach begins with creating a warm, nonjudgmental space and tailoring our work to your unique journey. Together, we will explore your experiences, uncover new perspectives, and take meaningful steps toward healing, a deeper sense of purpose, and greater fulfillment.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I tailor my work to each client’s unique needs, using an integrative, compassionate approach that is both comprehensive and practical. I focus on helping clients address the problems they are facing in the present while also working to understand and get to the heart of the underlying issues. I also bring a background in community mental health and experience working with diverse individuals across age groups. Together, we’ll create a collaborative space where meaningful change can take root, helping you move toward a life that feels more grounded, authentic, and truly fulfilling.
